Marnie – Office Manager

Marnie is a Florida Native and has lived in Fort Myers with her family for the last 23 years, where she has assisted Dr. Gear in growing the practice.

Marnie is a trained Oral Surgery Surgical and Anesthesia assistant and has worked in the oral surgery field for the last 31 years. If there is anything she can help you with during your visit, please let her know!

When Marnie gets out of the office she enjoys spending time with her daughters, husband, pets, and traveling.

Eileen – Business Administration

Eileen is a Boston native whose family now calls Florida their home. Eileen has worked in the field of dentistry for 20 years, the last 12+ of that in Oral Surgery.

Eileen will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding your appointment, insurance, or billing, just ask!

Eileen enjoys spending her downtime with her husband, 2 sons, and 2 cats. They like to be active; boating, skiing, and traveling.

Mary – Business Administration

Mary is another long-time resident of Florida. Growing up on the east coast then joining us in sunny south west Florida.

Mary has extensive insurance and scheduling experience both in medicine and in the private sector. If you need help with your appointment or account she will be happy to assist you!

When not in the office Mary enjoys spending time with her beautiful family and would love the opportunity to travel.

Natalie  – Surgical & Anesthesia Assistant

Natalie has spent the last 20 years in Florida after moving from Kentucky. She completed her Expanded Function Dental Assistant training and certification at the University of Kentucky and has continued that education by becoming certified as an Oral and Maxillofacial Anesthesia Assistant.

Natalie has been in the dental field for 27 years, 20 of those in Oral Surgery. If you have a question about your procedure, please ask Natalie!

Natalie is a dog lover and has two adorable rescue pups.

Jessica – Surgical Assistant

Jessica is a Florida native and a long-time resident of southwest Florida.

Jessica has worked in Dentistry since 2014 and is EFDA certified. She has taken extra training in nitrous oxide administration as well as IV sedation assisting. If you have any questions about your procedure, Jessica would be happy to help!

Jessica loves to spend time with her sisters, mother and boyfriend. She is a big fan of kayaking and if not in the office she loves traveling!

Stormie- Surgical Assistant

Stormie is another Florida native who was born and raised on Pine Island. She has lived on the Island her whole life, only leaving for school. Her family has been in Florida since the 1800’s!!

Stormie is a recently graduated dentist, who is working with us as an assistant to expand her knowledge base.

Stormie loves spending time with her family and her new puppy Bentley. She enjoys traveling, new experiences, movies, and music. She’ll be your go to for movie quotes in trivia!!

Wendy- Registered Nurse

Wendy was born in Philadelphia and made her way to Florida 16 years ago after 22 years in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

She has spent 40 years working as an RN and all her time in Florida as the anesthesia RN in our Oral Surgery office.

Wendy is both CPR and ACLS certified. If you have any pre-op questions about your sedation, Wendy would be happy to discuss them with you!

Wendy spends her spare time with her husband, 2 daughters, and 4 granddaughters. Wendy enjoys sewing, quilt making, and painting and often donates her quilts to the children’s hospital.
